Just Food Series: Intro to the Series/ History of U.S Agriculture

Class Description

Participants in these lecture/discussion classes will be invited to better understand the complex dynamics of our food system, question their beliefs about racism and inequality in relation to the food system, develop greater cultural competences in their interactions with others, and be better placed to make well-informed and more ethical choices about their own diets.
