Haeyuen Introducing Korean sauces: dipping sauce, seasoning sauce, and marinating sauce. We are going to make our own sauces and use them in the class: 1. seasoning sauce for pan-fried chicken (for this class, we will use chicken wings); 2. dipping sauce for vegetables (steamed and raw); 3. marinating sauce for pickling onions and garlic.
